TemplateMonkey is committed to providing the highest quality products and services to our customers. On the off chance that a customer is not satisfied with a purchase, you may contact customer service so that we can investigate your claims and determine if you qualify for a refund.

Usage Abuse

Purchase of a monthly subscription grants you access to Template Monkey designs for an indefinite period of time provided that you have an internet connection. If a purchase was recorded and was downloaded more than once, it’s immediately ineligible for a refund.

Refunding Defective Goods

Strict quality control measures are in place to ensure that no defective items are sent out to our customers. If there are issues with a downloaded design, make sure to contact us immediately to settle the matter as soon as possible. We will resolve any problems within 24 to 72 business hours from the time we receive your report.

We closely monitor our download links to ensure that customers can access our products without issue. If we have provided you with a faulty download link, you are more than welcome to contact our customer support.

Accidental Purchase

In the event that a product was purchased from your account without your knowledge or consent, please contact us so that we can validate your claim. After conducting our investigation, your refund qualification will be up to our discretion.

An account alleged to have unauthorized charges will still not qualify for returns if our system indicates that the account has downloaded template designs multiple times.

Product Remorse or Dissatisfaction

We ensure that each of our customers receives the items according to how it is described on our website. With that in mind, we make sure that each of our listings is comprehensive and detailed so that customers are able to evaluate the product without any issue.

If you are dissatisfied with our template designs, please contact us within 48 hours to resolve the issue. To hasten the process, please be as detailed as possible when stating your reasons. Supplementing evidence, such as pictures, are more than welcome.

We may offer fixes depending on our evaluation of the case, but we will not issue a refund due to a change of mind.

Compensation Policy

In the event that an item is deemed valid for return or refund, compensation will be issued through the charge method you initially used to make the original purchase.
